Our Return Policy
We greatly appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return merchandise for a FULL refund for any reason. You must let us know within
14 days of receiving the merchandise. The refund applies to merchandise only and does not include any shipping and handling charges :-( To properly notify us of your return you must either call us on our toll free number 1-888-543-4319 or send email to the following,

The returned merchandise must be in brand new condition, showing no signs of use or wear and include all the manuals, boxes, warranty cards and paperwork intact, otherwise a restocking fee will apply.
In the case of used merchandise, it must be returned to us in the same condition before we shipped it to you, otherwise a restocking fee will apply.
You may still return it after 14 days, but a restocking fee will apply.
For returned merchandise, ship it back to us prepaid and insured for the invoice amount. Send it to the following address:

Exclusions
The following items may not be returned: Books, videos, strings, used band-aids, tubes, drumsticks, internal earphones, kazoos, harmonicas, reeds, mouthpieces, sound cards, software, jaw harps, raw frame speakers, pick ups, computer software, CD’s, cassettes, ear plugs and special orders are not returnable. Recording machines (tape or digital) are returned for exchange only. All returns that do not meet these requirements will be subject to a re-stocking fee or refusal.
Damaged Merchandise
Please do not accept your shipment if the package shows any sign of damage. After the item is returned to us we will ship you a replacement. If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, please call 1-888-543-4319 within 5 days for a return authorization number.
Privacy
Music-n-Sound.com does not sell or exchange the email names of our online friends with third parties. If, for any reason, you would like to be taken off our email list, please contact us via email at

Any information, that you give us during the course of our transaction together is kept private. We do not sell or share any of your private information with anyone for any reason.
We use server log files to generate monthly reports that tell us how many visits we had, when they occurred, what pages were viewed, etc. These log files are destroyed after the summary report is created. No personal information is collected or used in these summaries.
